Philips Electronics is ready for iPad. You can’t actually buy anything yet, but the pictures are pretty.
On the company’s U.S. consumer products site, they tease us with cases, speakers and screen protection for iPad – but no word on when, where or how we can buy them. Hopefully they’ll share the details with us soon.

One of the first words I thought of when I saw the iPad was “greasy fingerprints and smudges.” Yeah, I’m a little obsessive when it comes to the care of my gadgets.
I was hoping the iPad would have the same oleophobic screen as the iPhone 3GS, but I haven’t found anything in the product specs that indicates that it does. With that said, I’m happy that Targus has adapted the Clear View technology that they use in their iPhone screen protectors for the iPad.
