Zinio, LLC / VIV Publishing, LLC giveaways are open to residents of the United States only.
Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Rules and the decisions of Zinio, LLC / VIV Publishing, LLC, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Twitter accounts must have been created before May 30, 2010.
There must be a minimum of ten (10) YouTube entries in order for drawing to occur.
The begin and end times of any giveaway will be listed with that giveaway. All times listed are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Winners will be randomly selected by Zinio, LLC / VIV Publishing, LLC and listed on the winner page. The winner will be contacted the next business day. The winner will then have 24 hours to respond with their name, age and mailing address. You must also agree to allow us to list your name on the site. Additionally, if you fail to respond within the time required, you will forfeit your prize, and it will be given to someone else.
Only one per person, per household may win each giveaway.
The prize and their retail values are located on the giveaway page. No cash or other substitute may be made. Zinio, LLC / VIV Publishing, LLC reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for any taxes and fees associated with receipt or use of a prize.
Zinio, LLC / VIV Publishing, LLC reserves the right to suspend the Giveaway at any time. Additionally we reserve the right to disqualify any individual we suspect of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Zinio, LLC / VIV Publishing, LLC reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce any term of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an entry, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the screen name from which the entry is made.
Zinio, LLC / VIV Publishing, LLC is not liable for lost, late, stolen, defaced, mutilated, illegible, delayed, or misdirected entries, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, human error, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, or damaged entries, delayed computer transmission which may limit a user’s ability to participate in the contests in any way, even if caused by the negligence of Zinio, LLC / VIV Publishing, LLC. We are not responsible for any problems or the technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, software or hardware equipment, failure of any e-mail on account of technical problems, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participation with these contests. If for any reason (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of these giveaways), the giveaways are not capable of being conducted as described in these Terms, Zinio, LLC / VIV Publishing, LLC shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contests.
